1) If screen is displaying "Your Id is not set up" then Email an ALLTRACS ACCESS REQUEST to email@example.com.
a) For Agent Personnel: Provide your name, phone #, email, SIRVA Login User Id (If you have one),Agency affiliation (i.e. Agent Name, Agent Code).
b) For Customer Personnel: Provide your name, phone number, email address, Company affiliation.
2) If screen is displaying "2147024891 Access is denied" then your login has been suspended. To reactive: Email an ALLTRACS LOGIN RESET REQUEST
to firstname.lastname@example.org; and include your name, phone number, and Login User ID.
